AutoAttach Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: August 25, 2026

This policy applies to every user of the AutoAttach platform. It is part of the Master Subscription Agreement and the EULA. Provider may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Permitted use

Use the platform to present, price, and record accessory options for vehicles in your dealership's inventory, and to report on that activity. Use it only for the dealership named on the Order Form and its rooftops covered by that Order Form.

Prohibited use

You may not:

• Present pricing, financing, or availability information to a consumer that you know to be false or misleading, or that violates federal, state, or manufacturer advertising rules.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, including manufacturer imagery outside your dealer agreement.
• Share logins, or give access to anyone who is not an employee or contractor of the dealership.
• Scrape, export in bulk, or mirror platform content other than through the export features provided.
• Attempt to access another dealer's account or data.
• Probe, scan, or test the platform for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Introduce malware, or use automated tools that place unreasonable load on the platform.
• Use leased devices for anything other than dealership business, or remove them from device management.
• Use the platform to build, train, or benchmark a competing product.
