AutoAttach End User License Agreement
Effective: August 13, 2026
By clicking "I Agree," signing in, or using the AutoAttach platform, you accept this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Who This Covers
This EULA is between Auto Attach LLC ("AutoAttach") and you, an individual using the AutoAttach platform (the "Service") under an account provisioned by a dealership or other organization (the "Customer"). The Customer's subscription is governed by a separate Subscription Agreement and Order Form between AutoAttach and the Customer. If this EULA conflicts with that Subscription Agreement, the Subscription Agreement controls as between AutoAttach and the Customer.
2. License
Subject to this EULA and the Customer's subscription remaining in good standing, AutoAttach grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service, on desktop or on Customer-provisioned devices, solely for the Customer's internal business purposes in your role at the Customer.
3. Restrictions
You will not:
- Share your login or use another person's credentials
- Copy, scrape, or bulk-export data except through features AutoAttach provides
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except where the law prohibits this restriction
- Probe, bypass, or test the security of the Service, or interfere with its operation
- Use the Service to build a competing product or for benchmarking disclosed outside the Customer
- Remove or alter any AutoAttach mark, including any "Powered by AutoAttach" attribution
- Unenroll, jailbreak, or alter the configuration of any AutoAttach-leased device
- Use the Service in violation of law or the rights of others
4. Consumer Information
The Service captures consumer accessory presentation records on behalf of the Customer. You will enter consumer information accurately, only as needed for a genuine transaction, and in accordance with the Customer's policies and applicable law. Do not enter Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, credit application data, or consumer payment card numbers into the Service. You will access consumer records only for legitimate business purposes.
5. Accounts and Security
Keep your credentials confidential and notify the Customer and AutoAttach promptly at security@autoattach.com of any suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account until reported. AutoAttach may require multi-factor authentication and may suspend accounts that present a security risk.
6. Ownership and Feedback
AutoAttach and its licensors own the Service and all related intellectual property. The Customer owns its data as provided in the Subscription Agreement. No rights are granted except as stated in this EULA. If you provide suggestions or feedback, AutoAttach may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
7. Suspension and Termination
Your right to use the Service ends when the Customer's subscription ends, when the Customer deactivates your account, or when AutoAttach suspends or terminates your access for violation of this EULA. Sections 4, 6, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
8. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOATTACH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AUTOATTACH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. ANY SERVICE LEVEL COMMITMENTS ARE MADE ONLY TO THE CUSTOMER UNDER THE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOATTACH WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, AND AUTOATTACH'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER THIS EULA WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). REMEDIES FOR THE CUSTOMER ARE SET OUT IN THE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT.
10. General
This EULA is governed by Florida law, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida. AutoAttach may update this EULA by posting a revised version; continued use after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. You may not assign this EULA. This EULA and, as to the Customer, the Subscription Agreement are the entire agreement regarding your use of the Service.
