1. Who we are

Auto Attach LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as AutoAttach ("AutoAttach", "we", "us"), provides an accessory selling platform for automotive dealerships. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit autoattach.com, use the AutoAttach platform, or receive a text message sent through the platform.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. Contact details when you request a demo or contact us; account details (name, email, role, dealership) when your dealership creates users on the platform.

Dealership data. Inventory, pricing rules, accessory selections, and deal records that dealerships enter into or connect to the platform. This data belongs to the dealership; we process it on their behalf.

Usage data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken, used to operate and secure the service.

Mobile numbers for text messages. When a dealership customer asks their salesperson to receive a link to their accessory options by text, the dealership enters the customer's mobile number into the platform. We store the number, the message sent, the delivery status, and the staff member's record that the customer asked for the message.

3. How we use information

To provide and improve the platform, respond to inquiries, provide support, secure the service, meet legal obligations, and communicate about the product. We do not sell personal information.

4. Customer information in deals

When a dealership uses AutoAttach during a sale, customer names, mobile numbers (when provided for text delivery), accessory selections, and electronic signatures are stored as part of the dealership's deal records. That information is controlled by the dealership and used only to deliver the service to them. We do not use it for marketing and do not share it with other dealerships.

5. Text messages (SMS)

AutoAttach sends text messages only at a customer's request and only to deliver a link to that customer's accessory options for a vehicle they are purchasing from a dealership. Messages are sent by Auto Attach LLC on behalf of the named dealership from an AutoAttach phone number. Each request results in a single message; we do not send recurring, promotional, or marketing text messages.

Consent. Consent is given verbally to the dealership's salesperson, who records it in the platform before a message can be sent. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from AutoAttach. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@autoattach.com.

No sale or sharing of SMS data. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are used only to deliver the messages described above and are shared only with the messaging provider that transmits them on our behalf.

6. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, text-message delivery, analytics), when required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction. Service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use the information for their own purposes. A current list is published at Subprocessors and Third-Party Services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share SMS opt-in data or mobile numbers with third parties for marketing.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and operate the service, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation between dealerships.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@autoattach.com. If your information is held in a dealership's records, we may direct your request to that dealership as the data controller.
