SMS Consent & Messaging Disclosures

1. Who sends the messages

Text messages described here are sent by Auto Attach LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as AutoAttach, on behalf of the automobile dealership named in each message. AutoAttach provides the accessory selling software the dealership uses; the dealership is the business you are buying a vehicle from.

2. What you agree to

When a dealership customer gives their mobile number to their salesperson to receive their accessory options by text, the salesperson reads or shows the customer the following disclosure before the number is entered:

“By giving your mobile number, you agree to receive a text message from Auto Attach LLC (AutoAttach) on behalf of [Dealership] with a link to review and confirm your accessory options for the vehicle you are purchasing. Message frequency: 1 message per request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. Privacy Policy: autoattach.com/privacy · Terms: autoattach.com/terms”

The customer's verbal agreement is recorded by the salesperson in the AutoAttach platform, together with the disclosure shown, the staff member's identity, and the time, before the platform will send the message.

3. Message type and frequency

Messages are transactional. Each one contains a greeting by first name, the vehicle and dealership name, a link to the customer's accessory selection page on app.autoattach.com, and the salesperson's name. One message is sent per customer request. We do not send recurring, promotional, or marketing text messages, and we never message purchased or imported lists.

4. Rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges from your mobile provider apply to messages you receive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from AutoAttach. You will receive one confirmation that you have opted out and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@autoattach.com. After opting out, your dealership can still provide your link by other means.

6. Privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and consent records are used only to deliver the message you requested and are shared only with the messaging provider that transmits it. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
